Remove Single Entries (OWA, Classic and New)
- Click the New Email / New button to start creating a new message.
- In the To: field, start typing the email address you want to remove.
- Hover over the address you want to remove and click the X that appears at the end of the entry.
It may take up to 24 hours for the removal to take effect, so don’t it would be no surprise if the entry persists.
Clearing the Entire Auto-Complete List (Classic Only)
- Open Outlook (Classic).
- Click the File tab at the top-left.
- Click Options.
- Click the Mail tab on the left-hand pane.
- Scroll down on the right-hand pane to Send Messages.
- Click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.
